Shaun is a seasoned litigator who primarily focuses his efforts on resolving commercial disputes and fulfilling the transactional needs of his clients, such as contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance. Before establishing The Law Offices of Shaun Spector, Shaun served as in-house counsel for a financing company where he advised on matters of compliance and business development, in addition to overseeing all in-house litigation. Before that, Shaun worked as a commercial and general civil litigator at a medium-sized firm in Miami.

Shaun earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Delaware and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami. He is an active member of the Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
